Biography
Malavika Rajkotia is an Indian lawyer. She has been called one of the country’s most successful and respected divorce lawyers.
Career
She has drawn upon her experiences in court and with her clients, and upon a large number of case studies, to produce an important and revealing book that examines the institution of marriage in India, gender equations (within a marriage and inside our courts), property and family laws and the legal profession.
Personal life
Rajkotia’s husband died when she was only 36.
