Maggi Dawn is a British musician, author and theologian. She is Principal of St Mary's College at the University of Durham, having previously been Associate Professor of Theology and Literature and Associate Dean of Marquand Chapel at Yale University.
Dawn has written articles for The Guardian, The Christian Century, and the Bible Reading Fellowship, and has appeared on BBC religion programs including Prayer for the Day. Her 2013 book, Like the Wideness of the Sea, was cited in UK parliament to support a debate on the Consecration of Women as Bishops.
