डॉ० मदन मोहन झा (जन्म: १ अगस्त १९५६) एक भारतीय राजनेता और बिहार विधान परिषद् के सदस्य हैं। वो राजनीतिक पार्टी भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के सदस्य हैं तथा वर्तमान में बिहार प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमिटी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष है। वो १९८५-१९९५ तक बिहार विधान सभा के सदस्य भी रह चुके है ।
