Liu Fusheng (Chinese: 刘夫生; born October 1931) is a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Dingxiang County, Shanxi. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1947. He was People's Congress Chairman and CPPCC Chairman of Hunan.
