Les McKeand (Leslie Alexander H. McKeand; 17 September 1924 – 11 November 1950) was an Australian triple jumper who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics.
McKeand represented Australia in the 1948 London Olympic Games and at the 1950 Empire Games. At the Olympics in the triple jump he jumped over 50 feet and was the first Australian to throw the javelin more than 200 feet. He was second in the 1950 British Empire Games triple jump. In the 1950 British Empire Games javelin throw he finished seventh. McKeand died at the age of 26 in road accident outside Muswellbrook, New South Wales, in 1950. McKeand had attended Sydney University from 1943-1948 and graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1949.
