Layla Guscoth (born 2 March 1992 in Birmingham) is an English netballer who currently plays for the Adelaide Thunderbirds in the Australian Super Netball league. She has also represented the England national netball team, having first been selected for the team in 2015. She took time off from international netball to focus on her studies before being re-selected in the national set-up in August 2018.

Prior to moving to Australia to play for the Thunderbirds, Guscoth played for the Hertfordshire Mavericks and Team Bath in the English Superleague, where she was twice named in the league's team of the season. Guscoth is a qualified junior doctor.
