Keith Worsley (October→December 1952 (age 64–65)) birth registered in Pontefract district, is a professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s and '80s, playing at representative level for Yorkshire, and at club level for Castleford, and York, as a Centre, i.e. number 3 or 4.
Keith Worsley won caps playing Centre, i.e. number 3 for Yorkshire while at Castleford in the 32-18 victory over Lancashire at Castleford's stadium on 11 October 1972, and the 20-7 victory over Lancashire at Leeds' stadium on 17 January 1973.
Keith Worsley played Centre, i.e. number 4, in Castleford's 7-11 defeat by Hull Kingston Rovers in the 1971 Yorkshire Cup final during the 1971–72 season at Belle Vue, Wakefield on Saturday 21 August 1971.
