Kazimierz Franciszek Vetulani (1889 – July 4, 1941) was a Polish engineer and construction theorist.
He was born in 1889 in Lwów as a son of Roman Vetulani and Matylda Pisz. He was an older brother of Zygmunt, Tadeusz, Adam, Maria and Elżbieta.
He graduated Queen Sophia high school in Sanok. In 1935 Vetulani obtained his Ph.D. from Lwów Polytechnic. In the academic year 1939/1940 he was nominated ordinary professor.
On July 3, 1941, he was arrested by Gestapo and killed in massacre of Lwów professors.
