Kayrat Ryskulbekov (Kazakh: Қайрат Рысқулбеков) (date of birth 1966, date of death 1988) was a victim of the Jeltoqsan (Kazakh: Желтоқсан; English: December) riot of 1986 that took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
