Kathleen Tan is a Singaporean management executive and is currently the Regional Head of Commercial at AirAsia
She is best noted for being instrumental in driving the Malaysian low cost airline to become the Asia's largest low cost carrier and the world's best low cost airline. She was previously with Warner Music before joining AirAsia in 2004.
