Kathleen Charney (1948–1979) was an American actress who appeared in a minor role director Leo McCarey's 1957 romance/drama An Affair to Remember (starring Deborah Kerr and Cary Grant).
Charney was born on November 27, 1948, in California. She was the sister of surgeon and former actor Kim Charney and actress Chris Charney. She was married to Stanley I. Spero from 19 October 1970 until her death on 25 January 1979.
