Biography
The actor Karl Meier (de) took over as the chief editor of Der Kreis (The Circle) in 1942, using the pen name "Rolf". Der Kreis was a new name he chose when he joined the publication.
Der Keeis was a secret organization being that homosexuality was outlawed in many European countries. This was a subscriber based publication.
He was known for being very kind and fair, just a great person as described in the film The Circle (2014).
