K. Prathapachandra Shetty is an Indian politician from INC and the member of legislative council of Karnataka since 15 January 2016. He was elected unopposed to the Karnataka Legislative Council and on 12th December 2018, he was elected as the Chairman of Karnataka Legislative Council.
