Juha Reini (born 19 March 1975 in Kokkola) is former Finnish footballer.
Reini, who was a versatile right sided player who played both in defence and in midfield, started his Veikkausliiga career in Finland with VPS Vaasa in 1996. In 1998, he moved to K.R.C. Genk in Belgium. He won two Belgian championships with Genk (1999 and 2002), and was also the club captain at one stage. In 2002 Reini moved to AZ Alkmaar. Reini was plagued by a lot of injuries in recent years which limited his appearances for both club and for the Finland national football team.
Reini was appointed as sporting director of his former club, Vaasan Palloseura in autumn 2008, but quit his job after one season.
