José Pinzón (born August 22, 1989 in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico) is a Mexican professional boxer in the Light Middleweight division and was the WBC Youth World Light Middleweight Champion. José is trained by former WBC Champion Guty Espadas, Sr.

Professional career

On October 2, 2010 Pinzón got revenge and a knockout over the only boxer to beat him Jaime Barboza, to win the WBC Youth World Light Middleweight Championship.

In his next José lost to Poland's Pawel Wolak on the undercard of the Donaire-Sidorenko fight, José took the fight on one week notice.
