Biography
John George McAtee is a footballer who plays as a striker for Shrewsbury Town, for whom he is a product of the club's youth system.
Club career
McAtee made his first appearance for the Shrewsbury Town first-team ahead of his second year as a scholar, in a pre-season friendly away at Stourbridge in July 2016. He was offered a professional contract by the club in April 2017, and made his English Football League debut as a late substitute against Oxford United on the final day of the 2016–17 season.
