Biography

Jean-Pierre Louyebo is a Congolese diplomat who has been Congo-Brazzaville's Ambassador to Algeria since 2012. Previously he served as Ambassador to Russia, presenting his credentials to Russian President Boris Yeltsin on 31 August 1999.
Louyebo presented his credentials to Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika in November 2012.
