Javier Loya (born January 24, 1986 in Phoenix, Arizona) is a Mexican American boxer in the Light Welterweight division.

On June 3, 2011 Loya beat the undefeated Jose Antonio Vargas at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, California. This bout was televised on a TeleFutura boxing card.
