Jasmina Novokmet (born 8 September 1969 in Pristina, Yugoslavia - in present-day Kosovo) is a Serbian conductor, Professor of Conducting and former Associate Dean at the University of Pristina Faculty of Arts. She is a former student of Jovan Šajnović.

The Republic of Kosovo unilaterally declared independence on 17 February 2008, but Serbia continues to claim it as part of its own sovereign territory.
