Janna de Boer-van der Meulen (16 April 1907 – 8 December 1981) was a Dutch kortebaanschaatsen speed skater.
Van der Meulen was born in Warga. When she was nine years old, she won her first girls' race in Warga. A few years later she won a silver bracelet, and she moved to Grouw. Van der Meulen had her best results between 1924 and 1933. She was called the "winter queen of 1924". She was for five years (one of) the best Frisian skater.
As of 1939, she was farmer at the "it Heecchiem" in Goëngahuizen. She was married and had 2 children, both boys.
After being serious ill, Van der Meulen died in Grouw on 8 December 1981, aged 74.
