Jacques Cristofari (born August 8, 1978 in Bastia) is a French professional football player. Currently, he plays in the Championnat de France amateur 2 for Borgo FC.
He played one match in Ligue 1 for SC Bastia, coming on as a substitute in the 1–1 draw with Le Havre on 16 January 1999.
