Jacob Peterson (born July 19, 1999) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player currently playing for Frölunda HC of the Swedish Hockey League. Peterson was drafted in the fifth round, 132nd overall, by the Dallas Stars in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.
