Biography

Izhak "Ziko" Graziani (Hebrew: יצחק גרציאני‎‎; August 4, 1924 in Ruse – July 7, 2003) was born in Bulgaria and studied music and conducting.

In 1948 he moved to Israel. Graziani was a trumpet player, and he served as a soldier in the IDF Orchestra between 1948 and 1952. From 1952 to 1962, he provided services as a reservist. After the retirement of conductor Shalom Ronli-Riklis in 1960, Graziani became the conductor of the orchestra. He eventually became conductor of the IBA Radio Orchestra (eventually renamed IBA Radio and TV Orchestra). Graziani retired from the IDF in 2003. He died three months later.
