Ivan Ruscoe is a painter and musician from New Zealand.
In the 1970s, Ruscoe taught arts at Queen Victoria School in Suva City, Central, Fiji. He has also taught arts atFiji's Adi Cakobau School.
Earlier in 1964, as part of the Orewa based group "the United Players," Ruscoe directed the music for the production of Oklahoma. The show was produced by Evelyn Cannon.
