Biography
Itakura Katsuzumi (Japanese: 板倉 勝澄) was the first Itakura Daimyō of the Bitchū-Matsuyama Domain. He succeeded Ishikawa Fusayoshi, and was eventually succeeded by Itakura Katsutake.
