Biography
Hélio Rubens Garcia (born Franca, Brazil, September 2, 1940), known as Hélio Rubens, is a former Brazilian basketball player and coach. He participated in the 1967, 1970, 1970 and 1978 FIBA World Championships with the Brazil national basketball team. Hélio Rubens also coached the 1990 FIBA World Championship squad.
