Biography

Héctor Lizárraga (born September 1, 1966 in Mexico) was a Mexican boxer in the Featherweight division. He is a former WBC Continental Americas, IBF Inter-Continental, and the IBF Featherweight Champion.

Pro career

In April 1989 Hector won the WBC Continental Americas Featherweight Championship by beating veteran Hugo Anguiano.

IBF Featherweight Championship

On December 13, 1997 Lizarraga won the IBF Featherweight Championship by destroying South Africa's Welcome Ncita.

Personal life

He was married to Teresa and has 4 kids Hector Jr, Esteban, Jesenia, & Eddie.
