Harry Dacre was the pen-name of Frank Dean (1857–1922), an English songwriter.
Dacre had a hit in 1892 with the song "Daisy Bell" (a.k.a. "A Bicycle Built for Two"), made famous by Katie Lawrence, and then in 1899 with the song "I'll Be Your Sweetheart".
