Biography

Harry Allen (1882–December 27, 1922) was a trans man. He was the subject of ongoing sensationalistic newspaper coverage in the Pacific Northwest from 1900 to 1922 for petty crimes associated with life on the margins of society such as prostitution and alcohol offences, as well as his assignment of female at birth but life as a male.
