Harold Zod (August 1, 1895 – 1930) was a British soldier and poet. Born just outside of Manchester on August 1, 1895, Zod lived with his family until World War I. He joined Great Britain's war effort and survived the course of the war. After the war, he went to Japan to study poetry. In Japan, he met Murakami Kijo with whom he worked. He helped Kijo publish his poetry collection in 1923. Zod died in 1930 unexpectedly.
