Harold Trevor Baker PC (22 January 1877 – 12 July 1960) was a British scholar and Liberal politician.
Born on Portsea Island, Baker was elected to the House of Commons for Accrington in the January 1910 general election, a seat he held until 1918. He served in the Liberal administration of H. H. Asquith as Financial Secretary to the War Office from 1912 to 1914 and was admitted to the Privy Council in 1915.
Baker died in Winchester in July 1960, aged 83.
