Biography
Gül Kaplan (born September 3, 1994) is a Turkish women's football forward currently playing in the First League for İlkadım Belediyesi Yabancılar Pazarı Spor in Samsun with jersey number 9.
Early life
In the school, Gül Kaplan played basketball. Her teacher of physical education in the seventh grade insisted on her switch over to football. She continued playing football during her study at the vocational high school for commerce. She got supported by her father but her mother.
She is a student of sports coaching at Ondokuz Mayıs University in Samsun.

Club
Gül Kaplan playing for İlkadım Belediyesi Yabancılar Pazarı Spor in the 2014–15 season away match against Ataşehir Belediyespor.
Gül Kaplan began her sports career after obtaining her license on May 31, 2010 for the hometown team İlkadım Belediyespor. She has played since then in the same club. Her club was promoted to the Turkish Women's First Football League in the 2014–15 season.
International
In August 2012, Kaplan was called up to the Turkey women's U-19 team selection. However, she failed to join the squad later.
