Greg C. Garland is an American businessman, the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Phillips 66, the American multinational energy company. Greg Garland received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1980. Garland has been chairman and CEO of Phillips 66 since April 2012. He is married, with four children.
