Gerald J. Meyer is an active researcher and professor of inorganic chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill formerly of Johns Hopkins University. His current research interest includes inorganic photochemistry with emphasis on interfacial electron transfer processes. Meyer was a director of the NSF Collaborative Research Activities in Environmental Science Center (CRAEMS) from 2002-2007.
Meyer is the current Bernard N. Baker Chair In Chemistry at Johns Hopkins.
