Gabriel Juan Escarrer Jaume (born January 1971) is a Spanish businessman, and the vice-chairman and CEO of Meliá Hotels International.
He is the son of the founder and chairman, Gabriel Escarrer Juliá.
Escarrer Jaume has a degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he specialized in Finance & Business Management. He has a master's degree in Business Administration from ESADE.
Escarrer Jaume worked in New York City in finance, before joining Meliá Hotels.
