The Honourable Frederick Hamilton (c. 1663 – 13 December 1715), was an Irish politician.
He was the oldest son of Gustavus Hamilton, 1st Viscount Boyne and his wife Elizabeth Brooke, daughter of Sir Henry Brooke. His younger brothers were Gustavus Hamilton and Henry Hamilton. In 1707, he entered the Irish House of Commons for Donegal County, the same constituency his father also represented, and sat as Member of Parliament until his death in 1715. Hamilton was appointed Vice-Admiral of Ulster in 1710.
On 1 September 1707, he married Sophia Hamilton, daughter of James Hamilton and sister of James Hamilton, 1st Earl of Clanbrassil. They had two sons and two daughters. The older son Gustavus succeeded his grandfather as Viscount Boyne.
