Biography
Fred Vogel is an American independent horror filmmaker. He was born April 18, 1976 in Warren Township, New Jersey. He is the founder of Toetag Pictures, known for its realistic makeup effects. Vogel is also a former professor at Tom Savini's Special Make-Up Effects Program. While continuing to work as an effects artist, he also writes, produces, and occasionally acts.
