Flávia Maria de Oliveira Paparella (born 27 October 1981) is a Brazilian racing cyclist. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's road race in Florence. She competed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
In 2009 Oliveira was suspended for 18 months after testing positive for oxilofrine after taking a supplement marketed as Hyperdrive 3.0+. The supplement manufacturer was sued by Oliveira because the product did not list mythelsynephrine as one of its ingredient.
