Ella Berntsen (born 14 December 1911 – 21 June 1999) was a Norwegian long track speed skater. She represented Norway at the first three (non-ISU) World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women in 1933 (finishing 9th), 1934 (finishing 7th) and 1935 (finishing 5th) and at the first official championships in 1936 (finishing 7th).
She won the bronze medal at the 1937 Norwegian Allround Championships.
