Elizabeth McKenzie (born 24 February 1958) is an author. Her second novel The Portable Veblen (2016) was shortlisted for the Bailey's Women's Prize for Fiction. McKenzie is Managing Editor and Fiction Editor for the Catamaran Literary Reader, and the Senior Editor of the Chicago Quarterly Review.
McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Arts in English/Creative Writing from Stanford University.
