David J. Neithercut is the CEO, President, and Trustee of Equity Residential.
Early life and career
Neithercut graduated with a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in 1982.
Neithercut served as CFO of Equity Residential from February 1995 to August 2004. He became President in May 2005 and CEO n January 2006.
