Biography

David N. Levinson is a real estate businessman and a former politician from Delaware.
Levinson attended St. Andrew's School in Delaware for high school and received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Harvard University.
Levinson is the former Insurance Commissioner of Delaware. In 1981, President Jimmy Carter appointed Levinson to his Council for Energy Efficiency. In 1982, he ran for Senate in Delaware but lost. In November 2009 he joined the board of directors of the Foundation for Ethics in Public Service, Inc, a non-profit organization that seeks to bring a new level of transparency, accountability and integrity to all levels of American government.
Levinson currently resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and in Anderson Creek, North Carolina where he is President of the Anderson Creek Club. He is also a developer for Anderson Creek Club and master-planned the Anderson Creek area.
