Biography
David Howard (born October 19, 1946) is a Republican member of the Montana Legislature. He was elected to House District 60 which represents the Stillwater County and part of the Sweet Grass County area.
In February 2013 David Howard drew sharp criticism from the pro-medical marijuana community for stating that marijuana "is the most dangerous drug there is".
