Biography
David Edmund Talbot Garman (born 1922) is a British inventor and businessman based in Llanfihangel Rhydithon, near Dolau, in mid-Wales.He invented a bath tub lift to assist people with mobility problems.
Garman was the founder, and is the former Chairman of Mangar International.
Garman was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for “services to the healthcare industry” by Queen Elizabeth II in the 2015 New Year Honours.
