Biography
羅達菲（Dafydd Fell）（1970年5月14日－）是一名英國政治學家，專門研究台灣政治、兩岸關係，目前擔任倫敦大學亞非學院比較政治教授、臺灣研究中心主任。
早年畢業於利茲大學中國研究系，期間曾經到國立政治大學留學，及後再取得倫敦大學亞非學院博士。
