Cornell Anthony Gowdy (born October 2, 1963) is a former American football defensive back who played two seasons in the National Football League with the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers. Gowdy played college football at Morgan State University. He was a scout for the New Orleans Saints from 1997 to 2003. He later served as a scout for the Kansas City Chiefs from 2003 to 2009.
