Biography
Christine Drazan (born 1972) is an American politician from Oregon. A Republican, she is the minority leader of the Oregon House of Representatives and represents House District 39 in Clackamas County, Oregon. She was first elected in 2018.
Early life and career
Prior to her election, Drazan served as executive director of the non-profit Cultural Advocacy Coalition. In the 1990s, she worked as chief of staff to former Oregon House majority leader and Speaker of the House Mark Simmons.
In September 2019, Oregon House Republicans selected the first-term Drazan to replace Carl Wilson as minority leader.
Personal life
Drazan lives in rural Clackamas County near Canby with her husband Dan and three children.
