Chrisostomos Michailidis (Greek: Χρυσόστομος Μιχαηλίδης, born 15 January 1975, in Ptolemaida) is a retired Greek professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is currently a goalkeeping coach at AEK Athens.
He had played for Eordaikos, Ethnikos Asteras, AEK Athens, Atromitos, AEL and Panionios.
He has played once for the Greek national football team in a friendly match against Finland, coming in as a substitute. National manager Fernando Santos also called him in August 2010 for the Euro 2012 qualifying games against Georgia and Croatia.
