Biography
Chen Duqing var kinavalgt og -ordinert katolsk biskop av bispedømmet Ganzhou i provinsen Jiangxi i Folkerepublikken Kina fra 1958.
Han var blant de biskoper som ble bispeviet uten pavelig mandat i Folkerepublikken Kina 1958-1964. Den i Romas øyne illegitime, men gyldige, bispevielsen, ble foretatt 9. oktober 1958 i Nanchang med den selv kinavalgte/ordinerte «patriotiske» biskop John Wang Qiwei av Baoding som hovedkonsekrator.
