Biography
Che Dalha (Tibetan: ཆེ་དགྲ་ལྷ; born August 1958), also romanized as Qizhala (Chinese: 齐扎拉; pinyin: Qí Zhālā), is an ethnic Tibetan politician of the People's Republic of China, who has been Chairman (Governor) of Tibet Autonomous Region since January 2017. Originally from Yunnan province, he served as Communist Party Secretary of the Tibetan capital Lhasa between 2012 and 2017.
